I attended this wonderful Dental Practice for the first time. Anxious that I might be late asked a passer by lady for direction and expressed my anxiety, she reassured me by saying that the staff there are very nice and understanding so nothing to worry about. After finally finding the only dentist in Bicester accepting NHS patients, I can honestly say I am beyond impressed and incredibly grateful. From the moment I walked in, the practice was exceptionally professional, spotless, and genuinely warm and welcoming. I have been a patient at Greytown Dental Practice for many years, I have always found all the staff to be kind, courteous and helpful. Although my Dentists have changed over time, each one has been caring, gentle and have taken time to explain everything. Most importantly to me, they have listened and acted to allay my ‘fear of the dentist’.

My dentist always talks me through the process of what she’s going to do before she goes ahead and does it. The receptionists are always welcoming, kind and polite, the atmosphere is very clean, and very well kept. And my dentist always makes sure that my treatment process goes as smoothly as possible
