Went back to have root taken out,dentist was very friendly and after numbing the area the root was taken out within seconds,made sure I knew what to do for rest of the day and going forward. Also receptionist staff are always polite and helpful which makes you feel at ease!
Was made to feel relaxed and everything was explained along the way through my treatment, he took his time and his work was great which I am very pleased with. I don't usually leave reviews but felt he really deserved one 👍

Extremely disappointed with the way my partner and I were treated at Together Dental South Benfleet. My partner, who is recovering from cancer treatment, had to cancel an appointment due to sudden illness. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in compassion. They refused to rebook him, claiming it was due to a policy we were never informed of. When I called to complain, they suddenly said they could rebook him — which made the situation even more frustrating.
