The hygienist was very charming and explained everything she was doing and why and the dentist was friendly and once again explained everything about the examination. The only negative thing about my visit was the stairs! They are so steep and narrow, it would be nice to have an examination room on the ground floor.
Not being a huge fan if the dentist, this practice is always very friendly, kind and patient. The practice itself is very clean and welcoming and there is parking outside. The only downside is that all of the treatment rooms, bar one, are upstairs. That being said I would highly recommend this dentist practice.
I had my first appointment with this dental practice. I have always been nervous when going to the dentist. I was welcomed by friendly reception staff. When I went in to see the dentist Kate, she listened to my concerns. Kate and her nurse Hope made me feel very calm.
Had a check up today for myself and my toddler, everyone is so friendly and lovely here from the front of house ladies to the dentist and dental nurse. Great experience getting my toddler used to the dentist. 5*
