The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, the dentist and his assistant were very comforting, explained everything that they were doing and gave great advice. The student hygienists were extremely professional and funny, they really made my son feel relaxed and let him know everything they were doing. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

I had very bad tooth ache yesterday evening. I called Benfleet Dental Clinic this morning at 9am and managed to get an emergency appointment for this afternoon. Met up with Dan for the assessment consultation. Xrays taken and I received treatment to remedy my condition and situation. The consultation was caring and accurate to relieve my pain. Very happy now and pain free. Excellent treatment and service from Dan, Lillie and Anna.

Our lovely dentist Ben combines the deep technical knowledge with great care for his patients, together with a unique gift for patience in dealing with patients’ concerns and preferences, and an artist’s hand in making sure any work he does is second to none. I am delighted to say that Ben is the best dentist I ever had, and it is a pleasure to be one regular customer of his and his team.

At my first appointment, I waited 45 minutes before receiving the check. At my second appointment, I arrived 10 minutes late because Google Maps showed two different addresses for the clinic and directed me to the wrong one. I explained the situation, but they refused to provide any services, even though the booking included two services. I had already paid a £50 deposit, and they told me the deposit would be kept for my next appointment, so I booked another one.
