The Circus Dental Practice

I have been with Circus dental for about a year and I have been pleased with the professional approach and the friendliness of all the staff. It will be no surprise that it is expensive to go private but I believe it to be worthwhile if you can afford it.

VERY disappointed. After putting down around a £100 deposit prior, I suddenly fell ill and had to cancel my appointment. I sent the email cancelling the appointment 23.5 hours before my appointment time. After many many emails with no response, they finally responded saying that as it was less than 24 hours, then there is no refund. I'm very disappointed in the lack of goodwill and common sense from this practice.

I had excellent experience at Circus Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The dental practice is based in a beautiful, historical large townhouse in Bath and focused on patient comfort. Having been referred to Circus Dental for root canal treatment, I was extremely nervous about the process, but Richard Condon was very reassuring and immediately put me at ease, answering my numerous questions in detail, with a smile and good humour. I'm absolutely delighted that (other than the initial anaesthetic injection) both my treatment and recovery have been completely pain free, despite me expecting the worst.... I'm so, so relieved!
