I was referred to Edgar Buildings Dental & Implant Clinic by my own dentist following a root canal infection. I had heard the horror stories about root canal treatment so I was very apprehensive about having the procedure. Frederico and all the dental nurses were very reassuring and explained everything before and during the procedure. Even though the main procedure itself took over 2 hours it was not painful at all. I have now finished all the treatments and my tooth is so much better. Would definitely recommend going there for anyone who is worried about root canal treatment. Many thanks …
I was in there for a root canal treatment and I was very well looked after throughout the whole procedure. I should say that this lengthy dental procedure is not at all a favourite of mine - I might class as a "nervous patient". Frederico and his dental assistant however, got me through it, and 24 hrs later I haven't had any post treatment pain. So, I'm well pleased.
I had to wait 9 weeks after getting my teeth scanned to receive an aligner which resulted in it fitting so tightly I could hardly take it off. Within the first two weeks of using it the composite bonding on one of my front teeth broke off. I believe this was caused by the tooth being under too much pressure due to the aligner being so tight. I had to pay £276.00 to get the tooth fixed - no offer of any kind of compensation or money to go towards this was offered. I wish I’d never gone ahead with the treatment.
My usual dentist is on sabbatical (a different practice) but happily Edgar Dental clinic fitted me in swiftly having broken off half of a molar! The receptionists were friendly & welcoming & I'm delighted with James Pope's restoration. I'm very fussy! but his work was so careful & meticulous. THANK YOU!
