I have been with this dental practice for over 20 years and I can't recommend them highly enough. I have a fear of needles, since a childhood incident, and no matter who I see at the surgery they are really patient and understanding. At a recent appointment for tooth extraction the team involved kept me calm and made the experience less daunting. All the staff are very friendly, yet professional and super efficient. I and my family have been patients at the practice for over 30 years beginning in Mr Conlon’s time. I have since watched it develop and grow over the years . When Covid hit, Emma Prentice dealt urgently & professionally with the situation, the focus being the safety of the patients and continuation of essential treatment. Having had a recent change in health, my dentist and the hygienist have adjusted and increased my dental care as part of my overall wellbeing. The reassurance has eased my mind on so many fronts!
