I joined Mercer Dental when I moved to Bangor. It is lovely Practice where everyone is very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at ease. Deborah the hygienist cleans my teeth 4 times a year and she is very thorough. Kate sees me twice a year and has been very caring and approachable and even sorted out a mouth guard for me that I wasn’t happy with originally. A pleasant surgery to attend.
Everyone at Mercer Dental Care, is very friendly and professional. My dentist Kate, is very caring and explains all the procedures in great detail, I feel extremely confident in her care. My hygienist Deborah keeps my pearly teeth perfect! And also a very caring and professional part of the practice. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mercer Dental Practice … excellent service all round.
I first attended Mercer in June 2025 where I was seen promptly. The level of care was exemplary. The dentist Kate Mercer is excellent and the whole team are friendly, efficient and professional.
I am an extremely nervous patient. I have to say that i was put to ease so much over the last 2 visits that I will happily attend in the future. Kate, Susan and reception staff are all so kind and understanding. Thankyou all for your care.
