I have been going to Castlebawn dental practice for a few years now and Kevin is always very professional, approachable and caring my little boy and I. We always feel at ease when getting treatment done. We have signed up to the practice plan and having check ups every 6 months is great. I can’t recommend Victoria enough. She is incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely caring. As a very nervous patient, I really appreciate how she constantly checks that I’m okay and makes me feel comfortable throughout. She explains everything clearly, asks for your thoughts before proceeding, and provides estimated prices for upcoming treatment so there are no surprises. A truly reassuring and professional experience every time.
Meet with the new hygienist today. What a breath of fresh air. She explained everything to me that she was going to do and why she was doing it. I have very sensitive teeth but my visit today was totally pain free. It was a very positive experience and I sincerely hope she stays. The nurse working with her was very gentle and wrote a note for me of what the hygienist had recommended for me to purchase before I even had to ask. A really professional team.
