Friendly team, in my experience appointments run on time compared to my last practice. If no answer on phone, any message has been returned same day. Emailed for advice after dental issue whilst on holiday and got helpful suggestions from the dentist until I could get home for treatment.
I put off going to the dentist for so long. My previous experiences were not great. These folks are so kind and patient. They understand (and were able to explain to me) why visiting the dentist is stressful. Lovely, compassionate and caring team. Thank you so much!
I've been going to this practice for over 10years and it's always been a good experience coming to the dentist. The reception staff have always been very pleasant and helpful whilst on the phone etc. However, I did visit the Hygenist 2 weeks ago and I found she was very rough on my gums, it was never sore like that any other time I've visited the Hygienist. Yes, it has been sensitive and uncomfortable in the past whilst having a more precise and thorough clean but it is bearable to sit and have it done. However, on this occasion it was quite sore. The following day my back gum was painful…
I had not visited a dentist for many years and was able to register here very easily. After a few appointments my remedial treatment is almost over. I am very pleased with the care, sensitivity and advice so far received from both dentist and hygienist. It has actually been a pleasure to have such intense work completed so pleasantly. Thank you all 👍
