Very professional, friendly staff. Twice I've been fitted in on the day because of a dental problem. Nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Shirley for being so welcoming and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. I tried for 2 days to get them to either answer the phone or reply to emergency messages about a serious tooth ache. Nothing. I had to then call emergency 111 and get an appointment with another NHS dentist, that saw me the same day. So that probably explains their conduct I am a NHS patient so ignore me! The receptionist is also a humourless and unsmiling individual that obviously has no customer service training, and NEVER answers the phone. There are plenty of other dentists in this area, choose another one!

I recently had an exam with Iona and then treatment with Abby. They explained everything clearly and put me at ease while remaining friendly and professional. Reception staff and nurses were great too, overall experience was perfect. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dental appointment with Iona was great. She is very professional & understanding of the issue I have. She works around it. The hygienist also works round the issue I have & both appointments were great. Highly recommend both the dentist and the hygienist.
