How we ranked them
Every practice is scored on two things: the rating its patients have given it on Google, and how many of them rated it. Five stars from a dozen people is not treated as better than 4.9 from nine hundred, because a dozen people is not enough to be sure. A practice is pulled towards the average for the whole directory until it has more reviews than half of it, and the ten above are the ten that score highest. The list covers practices a patient can join for general care: clinics that see patients only by referral, or that offer a single specialty such as orthodontics or urgent care, are not included.

What the summaries are built from
For each practice we read the 2,720 most relevant Google reviews across the ten and counted how often patients raised each subject. The percentages in each summary are those counts, and the bars beside them are the counts themselves. Where a practice has more than three hundred reviews we read the three hundred Google ranks as most relevant, so the counts describe that sample rather than its whole history.
Treatment lists come from what each practice publishes on its own website, so a practice may offer treatments nobody has reviewed. Every practice above is described from what patients wrote, from what the practice publishes, and from nothing else.
