I had a fantastic experience with Eduardo and his wonderful team, Steph and Helen. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and at ease. Eduardo is professional, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Steph and Helen are incredibly friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout the whole visit. The whole team works seamlessly together and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciate their care, kindness, and attention to detail. Highly recommend this amazing team!
First of all, the clinic is absolutely beautiful and so hygienic and clean. I felt so at ease once I entered the clinic. I visited Dr MJ for dissolving and she really got rid of the last bits of my stubborn filler that i wanted to get rid of. She is so precise and does a full ultrasound and then shows you exactly where the filler is via the ultrasound screen and how long the filler pocket is. She then did a targeted, very precise dissolving, only on the areas where filler was present which was so skilled and precise. She also has such a great amount of knowledge and answered all my questio…
A big thank you to Eduardo for fitting my brace so perfectly! He’s both friendly and professional, which made the whole experience so much easier. The results have been fast and spot on, and I’m already seeing such a difference. I’m due to have my brace removed in October and can’t wait for the final outcome. One of my biggest insecurities has now disappeared, couldn’t be happier! Just had my brace removal and fixed retainer fitted by Kayleigh and Becca. I’m absolutely over the moon, the process was easy and pain free. Great vibes, appreciate the great work ❤️
Can't thank the team at Smileworks enough. Emily & Katie on reception were so friendly and helpful when I visited recently. Teyha and Jo were brilliant during my appointment and thanks to their help and advice I'm really starting to see a difference with my smile. Also the stress ball to stop me picking my nails during treatment was a nice touch :)
