I have been a regular patient for a number of years. There is always a welcoming, calm and courteous atmosphere on entering the surgery. I like the strong emphasis on hygiene, cleanliness and new techniques & equipment. Every time I attend, Scott & his colleagues provide a highly skilled professional service, whether a regular check-up or a procedure. I know that I am in good hands.
Lovely experience! I called the practice (almost panicking) after losing a filling and needing urgent care due to my circumstances. Gill was so kind and understanding, she listened carefully and quickly found me an appointment for Monday morning at 9 a.m., which I truly appreciated (I called on a Thursday afternoon! ). Dr Patel was equally attentive and professional. He took the time to understand my situation and offered the best possible solution for my tooth while being considerate of my overall health. Attended my first Dental appointment in years, so was naturally nervous. I was seen by the excellent Dr Patel - he was very reassuring and was very thorough; everything was explained very clearly. Staff are very friendly and polite and the Practice itself is modern and pristine. The range of treatment options are top-notch too. Recommended for anyone who is anxious and/or wants a thorough check up!
