Ive had a really positive experience at dalmeny house dental,The dentist are professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointments. I’d especially like to compliment the reception team — Dawn and Kerry — who are always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Had a new patient appointment with Nav and Susie, and they couldn’t have been more welcoming. Nav took the time to understand my history, but also was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Saw Susie again for my hygienist appointment and was welcomed with a big smile! Both ladies on reception - Kerry, and a second lady whose name I didn’t catch were very friendly too. All in all a very positive first experience!
My appointment on Monday went well, from a very warm welcome from both receptionists (Kerry and Lisa). I then had two fillings by Vish, he and the dental nurse (Alex) worked incredibly well as a team. I also received a follow up call from Kerry on Tuesday to see if everything had settled down and was ok.
The staff are absolutely amazing—very kind, caring, and professional. My dentists, Amal and Lisa, were incredibly reassuring throughout my visit. Amal has such a warm, positive, and friendly manner that immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. His bubbly, smiley attitude truly made the experience a pleasant one. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist and would highly recommend him and the practice.
