Macrocare Dental Health

Whilst I am pleased with the dental care my son received from the dentist at this practice, my experience with the receptionist has been extremely disappointing. On three separate occasions the receptionist was consistently rude and arrogant during phone calls. My child was repeatedly confused with other patients and the questions asked were totally irrelevant and insensitive. Each call with the receptionist lasted minimum 10 minutes with no problem being resolved - once I only rang to reschedule an appointment and dates and names kept being confused. We've visited this dentist a few times now, and the actual dentist is lovely and great with children. However, trying to book an appointment is impossible and the receptionist is incredibly rude. We tried to get an emergency appointment and couldn't, so we went private and paid for it and the receptionist phoned me and argued with me about it. Have asked to removed from their books and unfortunately do not recommend this dental practice.

My family have been with Macro Care for 16 years. My family have been cared for and looked after by this small family business. I have had braces fitted as I trust I will get an amazing service with them.If I ever need an appointment, they will always fit me in. The same with my family they will always try their best to fit them in either that day or the next couple of day's. Amazing team 👏

My children and I have used this practice for over 15 years and we have always been treated exceptionally well. Assad, the practice manager, and the team are always professional, friendly, honest and you always leave with a smile on your face- whatever treatment you’ve had. We’ve never felt any pain whilst being treated and only necessary work is ever done.
