The reception team, Jo and Cindy, always welcome you with a smile, friendly and are always going the extra mile. I had Courtney chair side assisting today, who was very reassuring throughout my procedure and was great at suctioning, making me feel relaxed in the chair. Misha is my dentist and is great. I would trust her with any of my dental work and recommend her to all my friends and family. Always kind, professional and an all round super-dentist!! 5 Stars to the whole team!
Dentists, like garages, always come with the risk that they are just trying to fleece you. Dr. Misha Amin is 100% genuine and you can absolutely trust her. I hadn't been to a dentist for 25 years. 18 months ago, I finally booked and appointment and came here, and the X-ray revealed decay on my back teeth where the molars are pressed inwards against each other. Dr. Amin said it was just on the threshold of needing work, which would require removing the backmost teeth. An expensive and miserable prospect. However, she said with adequate cleaning this shouldn't be a problem. 18 months later,…
First visits as a new patient. Really friendly and informative. The Dentist was very welcoming and explained everything throughly. Did a thorough examination. Really pleased.
One of the receptionists there is not the nicest. Just this morning when I called, she slammed the phone down quickly hanging up on me. Resolved my issue as I asked, yes, but it could have been handled in a much kinder manner.
