I brought my daughter here to get braces and we are so so happy with the results! She now has retainers and has the straight teeth smile A big thank you to those who helped do this who were Dr Bilal Qureshi and Dr Jonathan Venter ! Thank You so much for this pleasant experience
Very grateful for the NHS braces treatment we’ve received for both our sons. Special mention to Khatija on reception, who is just so lovely and supportive with all our appointments. Always nice to see her friendly face when we go!
I would strongly advise others to consider alternative surgeries. Our experience with this practice has been extremely disappointing and the managers are no good. Referrals were delayed by nearly three months, and appointments were cancelled at short notice by text message. Attempts to have open and honest conversations were unsuccessful, and on more than one occasion staff alleged that I was shouting or swearing when this was not the case. After raising concerns about the service provided, the practice managers refused to continue treatment and removed my daughter from their care, offering…
