I had a terrible experience. I paid £119 for a groupon teeth whitening voucher. There was no one to greet me when I arrived, I had to go and find someone after 20 mins of waiting in the office. I sat for over an hour and a half beyond my appointment time as I couldn't come back another time and the person he had before me wanted something else done that they hadn't booked in for... so, instead of asking them to come back he did it there and then. In the seven years I've been visiting Ihab at Crofton I've found him to be nothing short of fantastic. He's the most informative and explanatory practitioner I've used. Dr Hashem treated me for a problem that had happened over ten years ago with another dentist. I had asked some implant clinics in London who turned round and said what you have been advised to do can not be done as a wisdom tooth was involved. The previous advice was from the country that I had been living in before coming back to the UK. Dr Hashem has done bone augmentation and then placed three implants on five crowns perfectly. Can not thank him enough for his time and patience.
