Not the place to go for a feel good experience. Receptionists hide behind tall structure and look surprised to see you. Entire examination took four minutes including X-rays and no chat.
Absolutely awful experience every time I have seen. First visit with the new female dentist, I wasn't sure if I was in the dentist or a sales pitch trying to sell me all her private treatments. Got a treatment plan and had a couple of fillings. One bothered me from the day it was done but assumed sensitive teeth so use the usual toothpastes etc. Didn’t help and eventually was kept awake all night by the pain. Got an emergency appointment (very quickly in fairness) and at the appointment was told, it was different teeth, (it definitely wasnt!) I was then told would need to see a specialist f…
My dentist is absolutely brilliant. Recently had a filling fall out and they got me in so quickly. My dentist is also very efficient and quick he’s very good!! So far the best dentist I’ve been with. Very happy every time I’ve been seen!
Have been with Bright Dental Surgery for some years as an NHS patient and the service has always been excellent. The newer premises in St Johns is better than the old set up in town. More importantly, I have slowly but surely conquered my fear of dentist visits and particularly fillings/repairs which have been carried out very professionally. Reception is friendly, efficient and organised.
