I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Killy. I found her approach unprofessional and her manner extremely rude. I left the appointment feeling unheard and dismissed, and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. Unfortunately, this attitude is not limited to the doctor. The reception and secretary staff have also been consistently rude and unhelpful, which makes every interaction with the practice stressful and uncomfortable. The overall experience made me lose confidence in the care provided at this practice. I am now looking for another GP surgery where I feel respect…

If i could give too many negative stars I would! We took my son today for his immunisation. The receptionist was obnixiously rude! She's lucky we didn't get her name as we were fuming with the way she spoke to us! If you hate your job and can't handle it just to put the brunt to us or other people. Leave! Absolutely no reason to speak to us like that. At least, those professionals who immunised my son apologised for her rudeness.

Prescription clerk is rude and arrogant will lie and blame the pharmacy and leave you without medication also will cancel your doctors call back after calling 111. This used to be a good surgery it's not anymore it's just full of attitude

Shocking. My partner called to arrange a referral and was advised to have an appointment to do so. Which he insisted he didn’t need one, the referral was just to be sent off as before as there was nothing a GP could do to assist. Receptionist insisted on booking an appointment - as can be found on the recorded line. And when at the appointment, with the practice manager, they had the nerve to say he was wasting valuable practitioner time and could’ve just done it over the phone so the appointment was available for ‘someone who actually needed it’.
