After having issues with another dentist in the area I decided to move over to Bupa after using them for a private extraction. All the reception staff are really friendly. I never was a big fan of going to the dentist but Elena is amazing and has solved all the problems I had been having with my teeth. She is super friendly and reassuring and you do feel valued here rather than just another customer.
Dr Habib was great took 2 wisdom teeth out very swift, didn't hurt at all. Excellent surgeon. In chair. Very professional. Nurse Ramona made me feel safe and comfortable. Thanks so much
I have been at this surgery for years because my dentist, Mr K Singh, and Kerry are fantastic. Their experience and professionalism are invaluable to me as someone who can get a bit nervous and has a lot of health problems. They work together so well and genuinely seem to care about doing what is best for their patients. I can't fault their work and they are just lovely people.
I want to say thank tou to both Dr Singh and Kerry for an excellent service. I had an emergency appointment which both Dr Singh and Kerry could see i was in a state and very anxious. They explained my options and fees and put me at ease. 2 weeks later I returned just as anxious. Kerry held my hand while Dr Singh provided great dentistry. The after service was just amazing. I wish I could have my regular dentist as he takes the anxiousness out of the whole experience. Thank you Dr Singh and Kerry.
