Been going here for years and never had a bad experience. I recently had to wait over 7 months with no response from an NHS hospital in regards to a wisdom tooth removal referral. This practice helped me get it removed privately there when I couldnt cope with the pain anymore, and it was all done in 20 mins and such a smooth operation. I only wish Id asked sooner about it and saved myself a lot of discomfort!
Had my first lot of treatment today at the Dental Health Centre with Dr K Ghauni, ( not sure if that is the correct spelling). And I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had in a dentist chair. Both Dr Ghauni and the dental nurse were so gentle, professional and caring and from someone who is really scared I think I have been cured of my worries. Thank you so much for the excellent work you carried out.
We both had a hygienist appointment today with Ewa. She was covering for someone else. Very glad too as she was so very good. Patient,as I am such a nervous person. She explained everything,showed me where I should be concentrating on more. The cleaning, descaling and polishing were excellent. Talked about hygiene which we've never received before. Had a first appointment with these guys last week as an emergency, great and went as planned, given antibiotics and re booked in for a couple of days later to go with either a root canal or an extraction Came for an appointment, nothing, not even a look in the mouth, they didn’t even know why I booked in, nothing in the notes to say either was booked in, had a 5 minute chat about my pain and what to do next. Then got charged just for this!? I’m never coming again, will stick to my usual dentist
