I hate going to the dentist but dentist Caitlin Lumley is excellent! She is friendly and gentle! My most recent visit I was having 2 fillings but I hardly felt the anaesthetic injections, her drilling wasn't aggressive and as she could see how unhappy I was to be there so she gave me plenty of breaks and made sure I was ok. The reception staff are helpful and friendly too. Overall it was as good an experience as going to the dentist can be.
Came in for a check up and clean on Friday last week. Graham is excellent, very professional and friendly and also great for advice too. The girls on reception are always helpful and cheerful which gives the place a really good vibe.
Pleasant staff and surgery. Only issue is my son can no longer attend as there seems to be a cull on patients who have not been recently. That tends to be youngsters and that’s not fair. But it’s not the dentists fault. It’s either the government or the firm that own the practice.
Had a dentist appointment with Caitlin Lumley. She is always very kind and excellent at her job. She makes sure to check on you multiple times throughout in order to keep you calm and comfortable. Would highly recommend, especially for anyone who finds going to the dentist nervy. On top of this, the reception staff are always super friendly and create a relaxed atmosphere
