Just to say I had an emergency appointment today and Sam the dentist was great, very proffesional, confident , friendly and quick. Unfortunetly this was an unexpected appointment for my front tooth but I had full confidence in him doing the first part of a root canal. The only fault I have with this practice is , you cant get through on the phone easily. Took me several attempts yesterday ? So if wanting to cancel etc its almost impossible at times.
I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr Kate Preston, whose professionalism and compassion truly set her apart. She embodies the qualities of an exceptional dentist, combining expert skill with genuine kindness and warmth. Kate's unique approach not only puts patients at ease but also makes every visit a positive experience. My wife and myself have been going to this dentist for several years now and would not change them. I am unfortunate to have “problem” teeth and the surgery have always been there when I have needed them, very rare for an NHS dentist these days! We see Dr Hannah and she is extremely kind and efficient and never hurries you. The nursing assistants are always polite and helpful and the reception staff likewise. Can not recommend them highly enough.
So helpful and prompt in arranging an emergency appointment. The reception staff are professional and polite. The dentists and their assistant who treated me today gave expert advice and care. Overall staff have such a lovely manner…. Makes you want to smile
