Mr Crawford Black - Church Road

I had three old filings replaced over two visits with Mr Black and my teeth had not felt so good for years. 3 days after the second visit one of them popped off. I rang the surgery at 9 on a Monday morning and was given an emergency appointment as my tooth was now painful. By I arrived at 0950 & by 1015 I had received a new permanent filling and once again my teeth felt great. The staff and level of service is excellent here I would highly recommend this dental practice. Thank you so much.

Been going to this practice for years now and the treatment and care are second to none! Aidan, my dentist, is amazing, nothing is too much trouble and he really knows his craft. Dion, on reception is fantastic and will always get you booked in somehow. Lyndsey the hygienist is brilliant and always leaves my mouth feeling amazing and all the dental nurses are lovely. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very patient with this nervous patient. I see Aiden for dentistry and Lyndsey the hygienist. Reception staff friendly. Everyone tries to put me at ease.

Really messed my mum around. Told her she had to have 2 teeth out then cancelled on her on the morning it was supposed to be done after she’d stressed all night. Referred to hospital who then referred her back as they said it didn’t need to be done there. Night before her second appointment they cancelled again. Also he didn’t even have the balls to ring her himself. Got his receptionist to do it. Now it’ll be next year before she gets an appointment. Really poor service!
