I have been in he'll for 8yrs chronic osteoarthritis neck head pressure all day everyday. Can't walk hardly can't lose weight. Under pain clinic seen 2 Dr's one said sleep apnea other said my back neck was tight uugghhh I know that. I am stuck in my flat which I call a cell 24/7. Up at 5 am . Go to bed by 3pm. As pain gets worse longer am upright. I finally got a appt from Gareth hunt. Who spoke to me for 1 hr about cbt. It's the pain causing my depression anxiety etc not other way round.
