Recommended by a friend. Saw a very nice, gentle, man for my initial check up/consultation. Upon booking for a clean I was assured by the receptionist I'd be seeing the same man for the duration of my treatment. A couple of weeks later when I arrived for my clean, I had been "passed to" a different dentist. This man booked me in for 2 sessions to clean my teeth. I have never experience such pain from the numbing injections, it was like he was trying to push the whole needle into my gums. I beared it as I was desperate for a clean. Having developed severe tooth ache over a weekend I called the surgery on the Monday morning and was given an appointment the same day. I then needed further appointments all of which were arranged on the day I called. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. Alexandra and Marcus were excellent. Having seen how busy the practice is, I cannot fault the treatment I have received. Thank you all once again.
