Upton Dental Practice

I've been going here for several years. Never not once have I been seen on time, more so it is typical to wait upto an hour after your scheduled appointment time to be seen. Yet on the one occasion that I was 5 minutes late, due to traffic my appointment was cancelled. I've found the dentist I see to have an incredibly poor attitude, who must assume his patients are a personal bank. I've regularly had dental work with a price tag of £1000's suggested to me. Appalling service. Knew I was going to be approx 5 mins late as I was stuck in traffic so called ahead 20mins early only to find the out of hours nuber on. Turned up 6 mins late to be told the dentist wouldn’t see me. I explained I had tried to ring to give notice but the receptionist said sorry that’s my fault I’m on my own ?. Last time I went to the dentist I had to wait 20mins after my appointment was due even though I was on time!! Doesn’t stack up, one sided. I understand that practices run on appointments but there was a genuine attempt to prevent me from bucking the system. Not happy…

I phone for a emergency appointment and got told to ring back in a week to arrange a time for a emergency appointment. I ended up going to hospital becase was in that much pain and couldn't wait a week to 2 week period for a emergency appointment.

Appalling. I went to this practice every morning and phoned for a week was told no appointments, staff could see my face was swollen, got an appointment else were seen to straight away when staff seen the size of my face INFECTED Abscess
