I recently brought my 13-year-old son to the Widnes branch to have his braces fitted on 24/02/26, and I genuinely couldn’t fault any part of the experience. From the very first phone call with the receptionist, through to the initial face-to-face consultation, the brace fitting appointment itself, and the aftercare advice provided, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. All members of staff were approachable, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. I cannot recommend Raphy and Bright Orthodontics enough. I have always been self conscious about my over crowded teeth and started aligners a few months ago. Raphy is very passionate about what he does and is a perfectionist. He went through all the process beforehand and we went back and forth before choosing the right treatment personalised for me. Highly recommended.
My son has had a great experience. His teeth look absolutely amazing compared to what they looked like when he first came. Natalie always put my son at ease and was very informative and thorough in everything she did. I really can’t thank Natalie and the team enough!
