Chestnut Smile Centre

I should have wrote this review years ago because the service has always been amazing. The pressure of dental care continues to grow in the UK, but the service from everyone at Chestnut Smile Centre just keeps on getting better and I am so happy to be a member. You are all doing such a fantastic job and working so hard to look after us all. Thank you so much.

Great practice. One of my veneers had come off and Elise fitted me in at lunchtime within 10 minutes of me dropping in. As I have a big event coming up I needed it fixing ASAP. The receptionist was really helpful and dealt with my issues professionally as I was panicking about it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Just not worth it. Elise forgot steps in fitting a wire retainer, and didn't bother to introduce herself or ask me about my prior treatment. She didn't notice that my bite would hinder the staying power of the top retainer, even though I told her several times. Two stars for the nice reception staff, and for the 50% refund I got when, one week after I had the thing fitted, the top retainer came off. Bear in mind the practice only thought to look for my retainer fifteen/twenty minutes AFTER my appointment time. Elise hid from me and spoke about me as though I wasn't sat waiting in the wait…

I had previously experienced some awful & painful visits to the dentist until I found this surgery, the staff are all really helpful & friendly & put you at ease from start to finish so that your visit is a pleasant one (I have never been able to say that before in over 20 years of visiting the dentist) I had numerous complaints about my teeth when I had my first visit here but 2 years later I have a lovely healthy straight smile after some great cosmetic work from Dr Walker. I can 100% recommend this place, you wont look back. D Hull Widnes
