Swalecliffe Dental Centre

I am Denise, wife of Robert and it was me being seen with regard to this review. I have been attending the Swalecliffe Dental Surgery for some 10 years and have always felt extremely welcome and comfortable. My dentist Shamir has a very reassuring presence, listens very carefully to what you have to say and is very clear and lucid in his explanations. I feel very fortunate to have him as my dentist. Equally, his assistant Sue is most courteous and helpful and the receptionist Sharon is always cheerful and prepared to fit you in wherever she can.

Went to this dental practice as a one off due to an emergency. They were so attentive and lovely. Their customer service was outstanding. So knowledgeable and reassuring, and they didn't ever make me feel like I was wasting their time. I would definitely recommend. If they were taking on NHS patients, I'd be tempted to travel the hour round trip each time just to be in their capable hands!!

I feel extremely lucky that I chose to attend this dental surgery to continue the dental hygiene treatment I have been having for about the last 26 years . From my first appointment four years ago I knew that Alison was an extremely capable dental hygienist , very thorough and careful, and also very caring and genuine. I have 100% confidence in Alison. Her assistants always diligent and attentive. Add to this the warm , welcoming , efficient and yet still very personable Sharon in reception , and it becomes an excellent service and one I hope to be with for many more years to come.
