Carbasse is such an excellent dentists. From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed by the friendly and polite reception team. I have been coming here for a year and I am getting my smile back. Jo is brilliant and makes me feel so at ease and relaxed. She has done wonders this past year - thank you so much. I actually enjoy coming to the dentist now. Also a big thank you to the rest of the team from reception to the dental assistants. You do an amazing job, you are kind, welcoming and very efficient. I was referred here with a dead tooth and a chronic abscess. The two receptionists were genuinely welcoming, which set the tone right away. My initial consultation with Dr James was excellent—clear, thorough, and upfront about every option and possible complication. A week later, I returned for the procedure.
