Horizon Dental Clinic

Fantastic care from Charlie. Clearly aware that the dentist isn’t my preferred place of relaxation, but Charlie made me feel clam and relaxed. Reception staff are really friendly and the waiting room is well lite with background music. It’s been my first time in 15 years to a dentist, and this is now my new dentist, I have no worries of going back.

I had a fantastic experience at Horizon dental practice From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The office was clean, modern, and very organized. Fiona took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. They were gentle, thorough, and genuinely cared about my comfort. I really appreciated how they walked me through the treatment plan and answered all of my questions without rushing. I'd not been to a dentist for some time, so looked around locally - hmm, 4.9 out of 5, lots of reviews. and really close to me. Result. Pleasant receptionist, a very short wait & a chance to tell my medical history on an app, followed by a surprisingly (nearly) pain free injection and a line of chat to let me know what was happening whilst a big filling at the back was dealt with. And the final good news was that the cost wasn't what i had steeled myself for. Thanks ! I liked it so much i went back 10 days later.
