This is a very professional Dental Practice with excellent care and treatment. They have a good system to text and e mail to remind you of your appointments so you do not miss one. Had the best treatment and advice from them, and I have had a lot of problems. This was the Whitley Bay practice.
Positive experience from start to finish. Really lovely welcome from the reception staff - knowledgeable and timely. Dentist and dental nurse professional and friendly.
I have avoided my dentist for a while because I had a chap named Max who was brilliant. Then they swapped me to a money grabbing dentist who shortened my teeth when polishing them noticed by myself and my partner. Then always recommends expensive solutions. The blonde you young dentist. You'll know if you get her.
My amalgam filling came out while flossing after approximately fourteen years. I contacted Genix with the hope that they might be able to arrange an appointment within the next month… I was seen within 48 hours to make an assessment. As I was not experiencing any pain, I was scheduled significantly quicker than I anticipated, and because the dentist was Dr Anil, I felt more than confident knowing that my health was in the best possible hands.
