Thoughout the almost 2 years that i have gone to this ortho, the staff have been nothing but kind and helpful throught my treatment. And whenever there was a problem, they always accomodated it quickly and effectively. I never had to worry about anything, including when accidentally breaking one of the brackets off my teeth, they immediately fixed the problem within an efficient amount of time. The end process of actually removing the braces was quick and efficient even when i was told it would take longer than what it actually did. My son now has a smile he is happy to show after 2 1/2 years of treatment at Weybridge Orthodontics. Dr Stubbs, Sue and their team were always friendly, professional and discussed all aspects of the treatment plan on each visit. Thank you so much!
The whole experience was a joy starting from the moment you enter the surgery,you meet warm people at the desk. Then my favourite "people"-Sue and Dr.James,there friendliness and professionalism helped me not to be anxious about the brace treatment and looked forward to the implant stage which was next.
