I found our family appointment yesterday afternoon (25/02/26) at this Dentist to be a very pleasant experience! My brothers & me went to have our very first check up & were immediately impressed by the neat & tidy premises as well as the friendly & helpful staff! I haven't been to a dentist in over 20 years,absolutely petrified from terrible past experience. I've cancelled many appointments in the past because of it. I managed to get the courage today to go and the sweet girl in reception saved me from walking out. The dentist who saw me was amazing 👏. If only they were like it 20 years ago but obviously times have changed. Thank you for making me feel at ease and I came home pleased I didn't not come. Well done .
Today was my first time at Dentalessence and from the moment I walked into the practice all of the staff were friendly, pleasant, kept me well informed and at ease. The lady working at reception was top class, so friendly & couldn’t be more helpful. Would highly recommend! Great practice & people.
It’s been two years since my kids see Dr Shalini Anand as NHS patients and I’m happy so far. Friendly staff and attentive dentist. It worth mentioning that they send notifications when you are due for routine appointments which is very helpful for busy moms.
