I’ve been registered with this dental practice for around two years, and every single appointment has felt rushed - usually lasting no more than a couple of minutes. At my most recent check-up, I raised concerns about pain in a specific tooth. The dentist gave it a quick glance, assumed it was related to an old filling, and immediately quoted me £320 for a private treatment - I was out the door in less than 2 minutes! No NHS options were mentioned, no X-rays were taken to confirm the issue (or even that it was the correct tooth), and I wasn’t provided with any written treatment plan. When…

We feel very lucky to be under the care of dentist Olesya. We have been seeing her for quite a few years now and we feel like she knows and cares about us. She is knowledgeable, super professional and takes the time to explain things. She makes the dental experience a lot more pleasant!

Greatly frustrated to find out this dentist does not offer afternoon appointments to NHS patients. Being forced to take a child out of school for a routine appointment because afternoon slots are 'private only' is a poor policy. It shows a lack of consideration for working parents and students.Honestly how could that happen in 21st century!
