Having avoided the dentist for some time due to previous bad experiences elsewhere, I attended with gum pain and was advised after my check-up that I needed to see the hygienist for a clean — something I was warned would be uncomfortable. I arrived feeling extremely anxious, but from the moment I met Stephanie, I felt at ease. She was exceptionally calm, kind, and reassuring, taking the time to explain exactly what she was doing and why at every stage. Just been to see Amelia ( dentist ) and Vicky ( dental nurse ) at Kings Hill dental. As usual, the service and care shown was first class again. Amelia has also gone above and beyond to squeeze in another visit for me before I go back to work in the New year. So helpful.
I have been with Kings Hill Dental for around 15 years and couldn’t be happier. The service is friendly & professional. Whether it’s a routine or being fitted in for an emergency appointment (like recently) I couldn’t fault them. Highly recommend.
