I had a new patient consultation with Klaudia today and after initially being a bit nervous to go to the dentist after 10 years it was a great experience. Firstly the reception staff are so friendly and welcoming which helped put me at ease straight away. Klaudia was lovely and there was no judgement about the condition of my teeth only advice on how to improve and a plan put together for the treatment needed. Following advice from Klaudia I returned later on in the day for a hygienist appointment with Charlotte, again I was a bit nervous as I had never seen a hygienist before but she talke…
The team at this practice are second to none. Having only been to the dentist a handful of times as a child, I was nervous to say the least. However I was put at ease by the reception staff and more so by Antonio. I was conscious of my smile (with teeth) due to their shape but now I can't stop! Would highly recommend again and again, the team are understanding, informative and results are outstanding!
I’m generally very anxious when it comes to seeing the Dentists, but Hems’s friendly reassuring manner made for a much more comfortable and pleasant experience 😁 🦷⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🪥
I was so pleased with my dentures, Hems was so professional & made me fell so relaxed & all the staff are so helpful. I recommend this dentist , I was so nervous going, but all the staff made me feel so relaxed 👍🏻
