I previously had a composite done by Dr Kaveet Patel at another practice, and when I needed a repair, there was no question about where I’d go — I followed him to his new practice, and I’m so glad I did. Dr Patel is incredibly professional and always makes sure you’re completely happy with the treatment and the end result. He takes the time to ask what you want and ensures everything is just right, which makes such a difference. I think I’ve seen every professional in this practice nearly. For one reason or another. I can confidently say they are all so amazing and true professionals in their craft. Very reassuring and kind. Really informative and supportive. especially as I am a nervous patient. And the reception staff and nurses are also such a lovely sweet bunch. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I would like to say a big thank you to Dr Raghu Chhiba and Monica for their care and professionalism. I received a very warm welcome, exceptional service and care right from the moment I walked into the dental practice. I was very impressed by how spotlessly clean it was! Registering as a new patient was a seamless process, so was getting a same day appointment and the treatment I desperately needed. I even got a check-up phone call the next day to make sure I had no issues. I am glad I chose York House Dental Practice and would definitely recommend 100%👌🏾
I had such a wonderful experience at York House Dental Practice. From the moment I walked in, the environment was spotless, calm, and welcoming, which immediately made me feel safe and at ease. The staff are truly incredible kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to reassure me and made the whole experience feel relaxing. Every interaction was filled with warmth and professionalism. I honestly couldn’t recommend this practice highly enough they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well looked after.
