I’m not usually someone who complains, but on this occasion I feel I have to. I have been a patient at Roseneath since around 2021 and previously had crown veneers fitted by Gavin. At that time, I was very impressed with the service. Unfortunately, my crown veneer came off in December 2025, so I contacted the practice on 29 December and was given an emergency appointment for Tuesday 6 January 2026. I have been coming to Roseneath for the last 15 years, and sadly the last 3 months have seen more change than I have ever seen at the practice in my time as a patient. There was recently a change in the Dentist that I had been seeing, Justin, and instead of getting a call to inform me of this and make me aware of the new dentists, with the offer of a choice of who I would like to see, my appointment was changed automatically without my consent. This was subsequently cancelled when I requested it, but it led me to reflect on how the level of service has dramatically decreased. For many years…
Zero Stars I had an email reminder of my appointment. Drove up from Southampton in very bad weather conditions. Upon arrival. No you don’t have an appointment. Showing the reminder. Yes he left and his diary has been deleted. Brilliant. Customer service at its finest.
