Wembley Dental Centre

Extremely disappointed with the service at Wembley Dental Centre. After explaining that I was having pain in my tooth and ear, Dr. Lai (the owner) dismissed my concerns and said, ‘That’s not my problem.’ I found this response very disrespectful and lacking compassion. When I later called for clarification, Dr. Lai refused to speak with me. This level of customer care from the owner himself is unacceptable. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and caring dental treatment.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. After booking an appointment, I arrived to be told that the dentist had already left after lunch without anyone informing me. I rebooked, but when I finally saw the dentist, he said “I can’t have you on my list” even though the clinic had given me that appointment. He then passed me to his colleague instead. Unfortunately, his colleague (Dr. Shams) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Ok so I’m never going there ever again! I just went on the 2nd of sept coz my lower front teeth hurt and I wanted to know what the problem was and how to treat it …. The reception always gives me a time for an appointment and thay told me you came in a wrong time .. not once or twice. And the doctor not professional and rude.
