Harrow Road Dental Surgery

I had a really pleasant private dental experience at Harrow Road Dental Surgery. From the moment I made my emergency booking, the receptionist was kind and accommodating. Dr. Naman carried out my initial examination with great care and professionalism, and Dr. Shah performed my wisdom tooth extraction so smoothly I didn’t feel any pain at all! He made me feel completely comfortable and calm throughout the procedure. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and gentle dental experience.

I went for my regular dental check up yesterday with Naman Shah yesterday and I was disappointed and short changed with the service I received. He checked my teeth and gums yesterday but did not clean my teeth yesterday. I have been with this surgery for over 20 years but this treatment was the worst. I’ve been coming to this practice since I was 9 years old. Unfortunately the Dr that used to do my teeth both retired they were lovely people. The new people however, are extremely unprofessional. I have officially had to leave this dentist because of their poor customer service. I hope no future patient is treated unfairly. The young lady receptionist is also unprofessional. Really disappointed with this surgery. I don’t want to call out the names of the Dr etc. I just hope you work on your customer service skills and in future handle situations better.
