I had a truly great experience at this dental clinic. The reception staff were extremely polite, kind, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I have been a patient of Dr Arbabi at this dental practice for more than 25 years and always have been satisfied with the professional care and experience of Dr Arbabi and his assistants, today I visited this dental practice due to put a crown after several visit of infection treatments and today was the last session. I have been a patient at this dental office for nearly 20 years, and I have always been very satisfied with the kindness and professionalism of the receptionists, nurses, and dentists. I am especially grateful to the current staff, who always treat me with a warm and friendly attitude. Even in emergency situations, they have responded quickly and provided excellent care. I truly appreciate all their hard work and dedication.
The entire office felt unprofessional from start to finish, making it easily the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. After that visit, I immediately changed dentists, and the difference was obvious right away. A good dentist is attentive, respectful, and makes you feel comfortable, while this one did the complete opposite. Experiencing both made it clear how important professionalism and proper patient care really are.
