I have been a patient at this dental office for nearly 20 years, and I have always been very satisfied with the kindness and professionalism of the receptionists, nurses, and dentists. I am especially grateful to the current staff, who always treat me with a warm and friendly attitude. Even in emergency situations, they have responded quickly and provided excellent care. I truly appreciate all their hard work and dedication.
The entire office felt unprofessional from start to finish, making it easily the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. After that visit, I immediately changed dentists, and the difference was obvious right away. A good dentist is attentive, respectful, and makes you feel comfortable, while this one did the complete opposite.
