Her wealth of experience is evident in every procedure, and she makes even the most complex surgeries look effortless. It's regarding my daughter who was denied dental treatment in the middle, despite her being the most wonderful 5 year old patient anybody can ever have, she was so cooperative while dental treatments. In our last visit, she was told that she is her most favorite patient and she will be seen in 3 months. This review is about the receptionists — not the dentists. The front desk staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. From their attitude on the phone to the way they speak to patients in person, they make you feel like an inconvenience just for asking simple questions. It honestly puts me off ever coming back. Seeing other reviews calling them “professional” feels like pure bluff, because my experience was the complete opposite. The receptionists alone are the reason I won’t be returning.

Removed me from the practice after my front tooth was ruined by the dentist and I’ve managed to fix it at another clinic. ! He refused to do check up throwing instruments on the tray after he realised that my front tooth looks perfect and it wasn’t his job.
