My regular dentist went on maternity leave after examining my a tooth which was giving me trouble (pain and extreme sensitivity). I was booked in to be seen by another dentist (young Indian lady) She filled the completely wrong tooth then was dismissive and unprofessional when I tried to explain that it was another tooth which was still giving me pain. She said you can just go see another dentist. She deliberately wasted my time seemingly wanting to take in more money for unecessary appointments and I wouldn't be surprised if she is prejudice! Had a tooth extraction today and Dr. Nirali was absolutely brilliant. I have a real phobia of the dentist (even at my big age!), but she was so calm, patient, and reassuring that the whole experience felt much easier than I expected. She explained everything thoroughly, was incredibly professional and kind, and really put me at ease. I actually left feeling happy, which I never thought I’d say after a dental appointment! I’ll definitely be asking for her again next time if possible.
