I have been very pleased with the outcome for both my children's dental needs. In all aspects of care, from receptionist to the technicians to the orthodontist, the level of treatment has been professional, caring, and friendly. I always felt that the practice took the time to care for my children's orthodontic needs and answered all of my questions. I have always felt that my children were in very good hands and I would highly recommend WOW.

In 2018 I spent approx £4k on having braces fitted at WOW. I have been back several times for new retainers. Today, 23/04/24 I tried to make an appointment for a new set of retainers, only to be told I am now a 'new' customer, and therefore unable to make an appointment as they are too busy / understaffed. ' Please try elsewhere' . WOW indeed !!!!
