I have been very pleased with the outcome for both my children's dental needs. In all aspects of care, from receptionist to the technicians to the orthodontist, the level of treatment has been professional, caring, and friendly. I always felt that the practice took the time to care for my children's orthodontic needs and answered all of my questions. I have always felt that my children were in very good hands and I would highly recommend WOW.
I would highly recommend Wells orthodontics to everybody who would like to have nice straight teeth and a beautiful smile on their faces. I am very pleased how my tratement work and with the results! I want to say a big Thank you to all the team from Wells orthodontics, specially to Paul and Richard, for all their support and patience and also for their dedication to help people like me to gain more confidence in themselves thought a beautiful smile! I can say I received an excellent value and service for my money! Wells orthodontics are very professional, very friendly and very helpful!
In 2018 I spent approx £4k on having braces fitted at WOW. I have been back several times for new retainers. Today, 23/04/24 I tried to make an appointment for a new set of retainers, only to be told I am now a 'new' customer, and therefore unable to make an appointment as they are too busy / understaffed. ' Please try elsewhere' . WOW indeed !!!!
