The treatment I have received is great and I am very happy with the results so far. Teodora-Oana Bogdan has been an absolute pleasure to have as my dental practitioner as she is delightful, caring and has a great sense of humour.
Going to see the dentist today I was incredibly nervous. The dentist I saw immediately put me at ease, helped my anxieties and was very thorough in explaining my treatment plan. I can’t thank Theodora enough for such a positive dental experience.
My 11 year old didnt have the best experience. There was an underlining infection in my daughters tooth that went unotticed whilst together dental tried to extract it. Knumbing injections are not effective when there is an infection so this was a very painful experience for my daughter. If the infection had of been spotted first hand before all the poking and wobbling and pulling of the tooth, my daughter would be ok now but shes sore, bruised, swollen and off school...The staff were nice enough but this could have been.avoided if an xray haf been done before the procedure was attempted.
Firstly, all the ladies on the front desk were efficient, polite and full of the Christmas spirit. A great team to welcome your customers. My dentist was very professional and put me at ease. She gave me further advice to keep my teeth in good condition.
