Probably the best Dental experience I’ve ever had. Receptionists are So warm and welcoming. I turned up on the wrong day for my appointment (totally my fault) and they were so nice about it - even fit me in that day (within 15 minutes of arriving). When I had the dental treatment they explained everything they were doing and went through my options very patiently and professionally. Overall the best experience going to a dentist. Can’t wait to go back ha ha ha ha
Always a first class service. Staff both at reception and in the dental rooms always polite and professional. The check up with Sonia Susan Philip was thorough and pleasant throughout. Apt was on time. Great service!
I am really nervous of going to a dentist. This is not without cause, for my entire life I have been lied to and hurt by dentists. All smile and say it's fine, they understand and this time will be different. Not this time! I was asked to raise my left hand if it was too uncomfortable which I did. True, I left it to late and was already crying at that point but, once I did, everything changed. I felt virtually no pain and, what I could feel was manageable. I have received excellent treatment from all of the dentists. In particular, I have received outstanding care from Dr Kaur over the past two years. She is a highly skilled professional who shows great care in her work, offers excellent balanced advice and has supported me in making important decisions about my treatment.
